2011 NAEA WC Conference Proposal Submission Process: To submit conference proposals for presenting at NAEA 2011 in Seattle, go to http://www.naea-reston.org/news/national-convention. In the proposal submission process, select "Women's Caucus" on the menu so that your proposal is reviewed by the WC Conference Program committee. In 2011, there will be less sessions due to space limits in the conference site. Therefore, we encourage proposals that include several people presenting together. Further, to have your proposal selected as a WC session, consider the criteria listed at http://naeawc.net/conference.html and the NAEA 2011 conference theme of creativity.

Annual NAEA WC President's Report: In addition to the electronic updates available on the WC website, Facebook, and the list-serve, members receive a print-based Annual President's Report and the WC Exhibition Catalog.

PUBLISH Women's Caucus RESEARCH
WC Research Coordinator: Linda Hoeptner Poling (lhoeptne@kent.edu)

CALL FOR WC RESEARCH: Please send research reports or summaries, which state the research problem or question, articulate the methodology, and present findings in a form that can be influential to policy makers and/or put into practice by art educators.

CALL FOR RESEARCH into PRAXIS
Submit research dedicated to feminist theory applicable in K-12 art education.

CALL FOR RESOURCES (Publications or Links) helpful in conducting research relevant to the WC mission

Submit items to Linda Hoeptner Poling, Research Coordinator
at lhoeptne@kent.edu
for peer blind review for online publication on the research section of the WC website.

CALL FOR RESEARCH REVIEWERS: This WC initiative is to develop a Research section on the WC web of multimedia peer-reviewed research and resource publications, as well as to gather and provide resources to conduct research related to the WC mission. If you are interested in serving on the NAEA WC research review board p...lease contact the Research Coordinator, Linda Hoeptner Poling (lhoeptne@kent.edu). We need high profile Women's Caucus scholars to serve as reviewers so that what is produced for the research section of the WC web is quality research, and so that those who produce it can substantiate its merit for career advancement.
